Basia
Key Account Manager

Basia Bałys

I started working at MBP as an assembler. I was attracted to the company by the stability of my employment – I was just finishing my maternity leave, so the opportunity to work fixed hours was very important to me. After 7 months, I received an offer to be promoted to the sales department, where I still work as a sales specialist. Even before working at MB Pneumatyka, I gained experience at the University of Public Administration – the knowledge gained there turned out to be useful also in my new position. From the very beginning of my work at MBP, I can count on the support of my colleagues. During the onboarding, my colleagues patiently helped me with advice and guidance – both in my beginnings as an installer and in my promotion to the sales department. I can't imagine a better and more harmonious team – I'm happy to be a part of it.

Paul
CEO

Paweł Andresz

I started working in the company with production planning in 2014. I was encouraged to MBP by the opinion of one of my friends, the then head of production. I already had experience working in the automotive industry and at the time of recruitment I was considering withdrawing from this sector. However, I tried my hand at MBP – I love working in production and I'm glad I stayed here for longer. The next step in my career was production management, and then I took care of the quality department and project development. At that time, I was implementing new solutions in the company, including the IATF certificate, which I took care of as soon as I moved to a new position. During this time, I was promoted not only vertically, but also horizontally, learning new competencies and skills. Eventually, my development path led me to the position of CEO, which I currently hold. Together with other members of the Management Board, I am responsible for the proper functioning of the company.

Technology Manager

Piotr Seligowski

I have been working at MB Pneumatyka for about 30 years. It all started in 1997, while still at university, when one of my professors offered me a job in the company of Mr. Andrzej Bieniaszewski. Those were the times when numerically controlled automatic machines were still a novelty on the market – and I had the opportunity to implement them in Pneumatyka as a technologist. Over time, the number of machines began to increase – as a consequence, at some point, I went from being a technologist to becoming the head of production. At that time, my responsibilities included not only dealing with tools (including writing programs that support them), but also coordinating the team and the entire process of completing tasks (including, for example, ordering the necessary materials). Eventually, however, I decided to focus at MB Pneumatyka on the development of technologies and innovations implemented in the company. Currently, I work as a technology manager, while also supervising maintenance. A clearly defined career path allowed me to do so – after developing "upwards", I could fully focus on improving my competencies.

Simon
Technology Specialist

Szymon Ryszewski

I've been with MB Pneumatyka for almost two decades. I started in 2007, with a recruitment for a CNC operator. Since then, I have honed my skills, gradually advancing to subsequent positions: foreman, maintenance specialist, planner, and production manager. The next stage of my career at MBP was the transition from the production department to the technology department, where I remain to this day. I have always wanted to be involved in implementing innovation in life – my superiors noticed this and helped me develop in this direction. The transition to each new position was accompanied by an onboarding process that was individually tailored to my skills and needs. Each time I could count on the support and advice of my colleagues and superiors. As my career progressed, I also began to help new colleagues with their introduction to the company environment. That is why I have become an internal trainer for CNC machine operators at MBP and I am fulfilling myself by organizing individual trainings in this area for them.
