Scope of responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering and HR strategy (core area, approx. 50%)

3. HR and payroll administration, management and emergency backup (approx. 20%, secondary area relative to the above)

Essential requirements

• Proven experience in strategic HR management, rather than just administrative: true responsibility for workforce planning, organizational design, or career path development, not just years of service.

• Sufficient knowledge of HR and payroll administration (Polish labor law, ZUS, PIT) to manage this area and personally step in to provide cover if needed.

• Experience in business partnering with management or the board of directors.

• Experience in designing or running L&D programs and career development paths.

• Fluency in Polish and a good command of English.
